U.S. President Obama speaks on West Virginia mine tragedy in Washington

U.S. President Barack Obama speaks to the media in the Rose Garden of the White House in Washington on the mine tragedy in West Virginia on April 9, 2010. An explosion on April 5 killed 25 workers at Massey Energy Co.'s Upper Big Branch mine and rescuers are still working to save 4 trapped miners.
