Egypt's Presidential Elections, September 2005

An Egyptian man is dwarfed by a cut out of President Hosni Mubarak erected by a supporter during Egypt’s residential elections. Similar cut outs have been erected in Cairo by different supporters of the President on August 31, 2005. The majority of campaign posters and banners appearing throughout Cairo are placed by supporters of the incumbent President as an act of loyalty and to demonstrate their support for him during the upcoming presidential elections on September 7, 2005.
