Traditional Wedding in Gaza

Palestinian friends and relatives celebrated with groom Zuhair Bahrawy (C) 25, in the Rafah refugee camp in the southern Gaza Strip on the eve of his wedding on July 24, 2011. During the traditional celebration, Bahrawy was first taken by family and friends through Rafah's streets to the house of his bride's family and then his bride was brought to his home. Although the situation in the region remains unstable, Palestinian people keep celebrating family events as usual. UPI/Ismael Mohamad
