50th Anniversary of the First Pride March Held in New York

A small crowd gathers in front of the iconic Stonewall gay bar in the West Village for the annual Pride March on Sunday, June 28, 2020 in New York City. No marchers were allowed this year for the first time since 1970 in what has become an annual civil rights demonstration. New York City entered phase 2 of a four-part reopening plan Monday after being closed for 3 months due to COVID-19. Photo by Louis Lanzano/UPI
