Maxime Bernier, leader of the Peoples Party of Canada (PPC) holds a rally attended by several hundred supporters, despite a last minute venue change and considerable rain at Jack Poole Plaza in downtown Vancouver British Columbia (BC) on Saturday, September 4, 2021 as his MAD MAX campaign tours across Canada during the 2021 federal election.
