Medical examiner: Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell committed suicide

Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell and his wife Vicky Karayiannis attend the "The Promise" premiere in Los Angeles on April 12, 2017. A medical examiner has determined that Cornell committed suicide. Cornell died Wednesday night in Detroit. The Wayne County Medical ExaminerÕs office determined the cause of death was hanging.
