Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., and other House Freedom Caucus members hold a news conference to call for House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., to hold a conference meeting to consider a proposed rule change that call for the removal of any conference member who accepts a committee assignments or serves on a committee without recommendation from the Republican leader.
