Pres. Nixon meets with William Rogers and Henry Kissinger to discuss their planned foreign trips

Pres. Nixon met at the White House on May 11, 1973 with two of his top officials who are about to make foreign trips. Secretary of State William P. Rogers (L) is leaving May 12 for a tour of Latin America.
