Flags-In Ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery

The changing of the guard by the Tomb Guard sentinels of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment takes place at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia on Mary 23, 2019. The Tomb is guarded 24 hours a day. More than 250,000 flags were placed on the tombstones of the fallen during Flags-In day prior to Memorial Day. Photo by Pat Benic/UPI
