Super Moon Eclipse

Super Moon Eclipse

A lunar eclipse is seen in the skies above Hillsboro, Florida on September 27, 2015. This event is called a "Supermoon Eclipse" by scientists around the world because the moon is nearing its closest approach to the earth and appears larger to observers. The eclipse is visible throughout most of the western hemisphere. Although lunar eclipses are not rare, the next "Supermoon eclipse" will not occur until 2033. .Photo by Joe Marino-Bill Cantrell/UPI
