CHP99100306 - 02 OCTOBER 1999 - PRINCEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA, USA: Lillie Bridgers sorts through water-logged Christmas gifts in her Princeville, North Carolina, home, October 2. The gifts were ruined when the flood waters from Hurricane Floyd inundated the community September 15. Residents of the poor community had only minutes to evacuate before the waters hit.
