President Donald Trump delivers remarks after presenting the Medal of Freedom to Lou Holtz in the Oval Office at the White House in Washington, DC on Thursday, December 3, 2020. Holtz, the hall of fame college football coach, had a 34 year coaching career that included winning the 1988 national championship with the University of Notre Dame.
