New postage stamp

LOUIS, MISSOURI, USA: Paul Menos of St. Louis (R) shares a laugh with Major General Thomas Plewes, Chief, US Army Reserve, during a stamp unveiling honoring distinguished soldiers at the Soldiers Memorial, May 3. Menos was the driver for General Omar Bradley.
