Boris Johnson speaks at the UN after Londn Terror Attack
British Foreign Secretary, H. E. Mr. Boris Johnson speaks at the United Nations one day after a terrorist attack in London on March 23, 2017 in New York City. The investigation into a terrorist attack outside the Houses of Parliament in London is continuing and so far four people have died already including a police officer and the attacker. Police say 29 other people were treated in hospital. The assailant was named by police on Thursday as Khalid Masood, 52, who was born in Kent but was believed to have been living in the West Midlands most recently. Photo by John Angelillo/UPI
