President Obama Delivers Remarks on Promise Zones in Washington, D.C.

President Obama delivers remakes on economic mobility and announced the administration's first five "promise zones," areas of the country that will receive comprehensive federal assistance after being especially hard-hit by the recession, at the White House in Washington, D.C., January 9, 2014.
