TWO DAY OLD AFRICAN PAINTED DOG PUP SURVIVES FLOODED DEN

One of two, 2-day-old, African Painted dog pups (also known as Cape Hunting dogs, considered the rarest of African carnivores), is shown October 30, 2005, after surviving a flooded den at Mountainview Conservation Society near Vancouver, British Columbia.
