NASA's Space Shuttle Endeavour prepares for launch at the Kennedy Space Center

The seven person crew of NASA's Space Shuttle "Endeavour", lead by Commander Chris Ferguson (front right) departs from the Operations and Checkout Building at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on November 14, 2008. Endeavour is scheduled to launch the crew to the International Space Station on mission STS 126. The crew will conduct various maintenance tasks to improve operational performance of the station.
