NARAL says attacks at abortion clinics are "domestic terrorism"
Ilyse Hogue, the president of NARAL, a prominent national abortion rights group, issued a blistering statement on Friday, criticizing the press for devoting insufficient attention to a string of recent arson attacks at Planned Parenthood clinics across the country. Pictured is the Planned Parenthood office in Thousand Oaks, California near Los Angeles which was vandalized by someone who broke a window and flung gasoline into the office before setting fire to it. Hogue's statement was a response to a review by Media Matters for America that found that mainstream publications and cable shows dedicated little coverage to the incidents.
