U.S. President George W. Bush addresses the nation from the White House to say that Saddam Hussein has been captured by American forces in Iraq, on December 14, 2003. Hussein was found in a 6-foot by 8-foot hole in the basement of a farmhouse in Adwan, 10 miles outside his hometown of Tikrit.
