Rape Trial of Former President Donald Trump in New York

E. Jean Carroll exits Manhattan federal court with her attorney Roberta Kaplan on Tuesday May 9, 2023 in New York. The jury found former president Donald Trump guilty of sexual assault and of defaming Ms. Carroll. He was not found however guilty of the more serious charge of rape.
