Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation complete the examination of the vehicle belonging to domestic terror suspect Floyd Roy Roseberry prior to its being removed from the grounds of the Library of Congress after it was examined and declared safe by agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the ATF on Thursday, August 19, 2021 in Washington, DC. Roseberry was taken into custody after an hours long stand-off after his threats of having a bomb caused the evacuation and lockdown of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Library of Congress and several other government buildings.
