Winter storm hits New York City and the Northeast
Pedestrians bundled up for cold weather was at a buss stop as Con Edison smoke stacks emit white exhaust smoke in below freezing temperatures in New York City on January 5, 2018. A massive winter storm called a "bomb cyclone" hit the Northeast yesterday leaving areas blanketed in snow and battling harsh winds and temps as low as 4 degrees.
