NEBRASKA HEAD FOOTBALL COACH FIRED
Nebraska head football coach Frank Solich leads his Cornhuskers onto Faurot Field for a game with the Missouri Tigers in Columbia, MO on October 11, 2003. On November 30, Nebraska athletic director Steve Pederson fired Solich after the team posted a 9-3 record in the Big Twelve Conference.
