Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo) discusses a detailed report she has released based on survey input received from Missouri veterans about the care at St. Louis Area Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare facilities, in St. Louis. McCaskill launched the program as a way to empower veterans to be "secret shoppers" within the region's VA healthcare facilities so they can provide confidential feedback that will help improve care and customer service at such facilities.
