Lindbergh plane

LOUIS, MISSOURI, USA: Visitors to Lambert- St. Louis International Airport walk to their gates as a replica of Charles Lindbergh's Spirit of St. Louis hangs from the ceiling, January 15. The replica of that famous plane, that has been in the airort for 23 years, will be moved to a new home at the Missouri Historical Society in several months. A $25.7 million expansion to the Historical Society, who owns the plane, will allow for space to display the 2,850 pound, 70 year old plane. UPI Bill Greenblatt
