FBI Adds Man To 10 Most Wanted List

Fields is facing child sex trafficking and child rape charges in state and federal court. Fields II is the 5th fugitive investigated by FBI St. Louis Field Office and is the first to be named as FBI's Top Ten fugitive list in nearly 60 years. The FBI's "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives" list was established in March of 1950. Fields II is now the 531st fugitive added to the List.
