JER2000073104 - 31 JULY 2000 - Israeli Prime MInister Ehud Barak sits with Foreign Minister David Levy during a vote to elect the eighth Israeli President in the Knesset July 31, 2000. Yesterday Foreign Minister Levy announced that he would resign his post on Wednesday unless Prime Minister Barak takes steps to establish a national unity government.
