NOAA Satellite Image of Hurricane Sandy

This NOAA satellite image released on October 28, 2012 shows Hurricane Sandy as it travels off the coast of Cape Hatteras North Carolina. Sandy is expected to make landfall along the central N.J. coast Monday evening, according to the National Weather Service. UPI/NOAA
