Actor Jussie Smollett Arrested in Chicago on Charges of Filing False Police Report

Smollett, a cast member of the hit TV show "Empire," has been charged with disorderly conduct and filing a false police report, both felonies, stemming from a January 29 statement in which he said attackers poured what he believed was bleach all over his body and put a noose around his neck while making slurs about his race and sexuality.
