TULANE FOOTBALL RELOCATED TO DALLAS

Members of the Tulane University football team conduct morning practice September 7, 2005 at Dallas’s Jesuit High School. The team arrived in Dallas on Aug. 31 and has been staying in a hotel while the university’s athletic department makes plans for the upcoming season. Since fleeing Hurricane Katrina, the football team has sought shelter in two different states and will return closer to home later this week. The school has announced that twelve athletic teams from Tulane will be relocated to universities in Texas and Louisiana, including the football team who will call Louisiana Tech in Ruston home.
