Plans are announced for expansion of the Gateway Arch grounds to connect St. Louis and East St. Louis

Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar walks with Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo) to a meeting in East St. Louis, Illinois, where they will talk about expanding the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial in St. Louis where the Gateway Arch stands, on December 10, 2010.
