Flags Displayed For 911 Anniversary

Teams of volunteers spread out to place photos and dog tags on the more than 7600 American flags that have been placed on Art Hill in Forest Park to commemorate the 20th year since the September 11 terrorist attacks, in St. Louis on Sunday, September 5, 2021.
