Delrish Moss takes the oath from Judge Donald L. McCullin of office as the new Police Chief for the City of Ferguson,Missouri in Ferguson on May 9, 2016. Moss, a 32 year veteran of the Miami Police Department, will become the departments first permanent African-American police chief taking the place of embattled police chief Tom Jackson.
