Typhoon Neoguri off the Coast of Japan

This NOAA Satellite image captured on July 8, 2014 show Typhoon Neogurias it moves northeast off the coast of Japan. Neoguri is expected to make landfall across Kyushu, Japan as a minimal typhoon or possible strong tropical storm, bringing with it storm surge, flooding and mudslides. UPI/NOAA
