NYP98121607 - 16 DECEMBER 1998 - NEW YORK , NEW YORK, USA: The United States Attorney and the FBI announced December 16th the indictment of (left to right) Fahid Mohammed Ally, Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani and Khalfan Khamis Mohamed for the August 7th 1998 bombing of the United States embassy in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
