Fashion designer Kate Spade found dead at 55 in New York

A Kate Spade Manhattan Store is open for business on June 5, 2018 in New York City. Fashion icon Kate Spade was found dead from an apparent suicide in her Manhattan home. Kate Spade was well known as a designer of clothes, shoes, and jewelry, but was best known for her accessory line. She co-founded Kate Spade Handbags in 1993 with husband Andy Spade.
