Residential complex remains unfinished in Guiyang
Construction on a large, residential building complex has ceased for two years in downtown Guiyang, the capital of China's Guizhou Province, on May 2, 2015. Across China there are up to a million abandoned construction sites, deemed 'ghost cities,' due the the building boom that was fueled by speculation, bad loans and graft despite the lack of a realistic demand in the country's property market.
