Douglas, a small town in southeastern Arizona, has seen an explosion in the number of illegal border crossers from Mexico as tighter border enforcement in larger US cities like El Paso, San Diego and Brownsville has pushed illegal immigrants into less populated areas, like the desert around Douglas.
