Downtown Washington DC is Deserted During Lunch Hour

The Trump International Hotel is essentially closed due to COVID-19 in downtown Washington, DC on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. The hotel is asking for a break from it's rent that it pays the federal government for the lease of the Old Post Office Building.
