The Atlanta Police Department have released this undated file photo of Brian Nichols after he grabbed a Fulton County Sheriff's Deputy's gun, shot her, then shot and killed the judge, a court stenographer and another deputy in the Fulton County Courthouse in Atlanta, on March 11, 2005.
