Hurricane Felicia Category 4 storm satellite image

Hurricane Felicia is seen in the Pacific Ocean in an August 7, 2009 radar image. Felicia's maximum sustained winds are near 135 mph and is currently a Category 4 storm, however it is expected to weaken over the next few days. UPI/NOAA
