Boeing rolls out new Phantom Eye plane
Boeing officials speak during the rollout of the Phantom Eye, a hydrogen-powered high altitude long endurance (HALE) unmanned aerial vehicle system used for persistent intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) and communications, at a Boeing plant in St. Louis on July 12, 2010.
