Couple purchases private street in San Francisco for $90,000

The neighborhood of Presidio Terrace sits on a private street in the Richmond District of San Francisco on August 9, 2017. A Silicon Valley couple, Tina Lam and Michael Cheng, bought the street lined with mansions at a tax auction for $90,000, unbeknownst to the residents of the private cul-de-sac.
