Asylum Seekers wait in Mexico Near U.S. border

Tomas from Mexico digs a hole underneath the border fence in Tijuana, Mexico on December 9, 2018. Tomas says he's digging the hole for a woman who tried climbing the fence earlier in the day but hurt herself, her two kids successfully climbed the fence that divides Tijuana and San Ysidro, California.
