Crew members aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS New York (LPD 21) man the rails and present honors while passing Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty and The World Trade Center and the National September 11 Memorial and Museum as the ship arrives in Manhattan on September 8, 2011.
