Florida State Seminoles quarterback Jameis Winston got caught stealing crab legs from a Tallahassee Publix. Never mind that Florida State had just granted athletes unlimited meals on campus. He was later fined $30. UPI/Lori Shepler

Pittsburgh Steelers Plaxico Burress was carrying an unregistered gun when he got caught with it at a nightclub -- after he accidentally shot himself in the thigh. Cedric Griffin (23) was arrested after he made a scene over refusing to pull up his saggy pants, which violated the dress code at the Spin nightclub in Minneapolis.
