The FBI released video and photos of two suspects in the Boston marathon bombing on April 18, 2013. The twin bombings killed three and injured 170 on April 15, 2013. This video show Suspect 2 in a white baseball cap. The FBI is hoping that someone may be able to identify the two suspects. UPI
