On September 25, 2015 Speaker of the House John Boehner announced his plan to resign from Congress in October after nearly four years on the post. Before assuming the role, the U.S. Representative from Ohio's 8th congressional district served as Minority Leader from 2007 to 2011 and as House Majority Leader from 2006 to 2007. This photo collection offers a look at Boehner's time in Congress since 2002.
