The Salon du Chocolat kicked off October 27, 2017, with a gala evening, during which models wore these chocolate creations. They also will be worn each evening of the event, which runs October 28-November 1.

This is the 23rd annual chocolate show, which has been held around the world in cities like Brussels, New York City and Tokyo.
