27 SEPTEMBER 1999 - LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, USA: A judge in Malibu, CA said September 27 he "could not be more pleased" with the progress actor Charlie Sheen, pictured in 1994, is making in his battle against drug abuse, but the judge denied Sheen's motion to terminate his probation early.
